DOMESTIC + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Lavender & Grace is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages within the shipping process. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you (the customer) at the moment your order is purchased and it’s transferred to the shipping provider. We are not responsible for replacing any lost/stolen orders once it’s been shipped from our office.
International shipping: there may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.
For the Expedited Canada Post shipping option:
Please allow 5-14 business days after production time for your piece to arrive. Once your packaged has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number.
KELOWNA LOCAL DROP OFF:
We are so excited to bring back our popular Kelowna local drop off option! Orders will be delivered every Thursday to the address provided during the checkout process. Please note: we do not offer this option for delivery to apartments or businesses that don’t allow access to the front door for our team (if we have to be buzzed in, then we will not be able to deliver your order!).
Lavender & Grace is not responsible for lost/stolen packages- once your order has been dropped off, it is no longer our responsibility.
ONLY Kelowna postal codes will be accepted during the checkout process, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are experiencing issues. If you select this option incorrectly or have provided an apartment that needs to be buzzed in- your order is subject to cancellation by team L&G.
My tracking says “Shipping Label Created”?
Don’t stress! You will receive an email confirmation for your purchase within 24 hours. We assure you the parcel is in transit and has left our HQ. Often shipping providers systems take a few days to update. You tracking may not update until the final leg of the delivery process, but rest assured, the delivery time is not affected.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to be fulfilled/processed, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates. Orders are processed during Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. No orders are processed on weekends & holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PST will begin processing the following business day. Shipping/delivery times are outside of team L&G’s control!
My order had incorrect shipping details, what now?
We are unable to re-route packages after orders have been shipped, so please ensure all shipping details are accurate. All packages with incorrect shipping details will be returned to our studio and reshipped. If we have to reship your order to you, we will require a reshipment fee, as we have to create a new shipping label.
