RETURNS + REPAIRS

All orders placed starting November 1, 2023 until December 23, 2023 are eligible for return until January 5, 2024. Please email us before 4pm PST on January 5 at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process. (All other return requirements apply).
Please note: All sale orders or orders placed between November 23-27, 2023 during Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Boxing Day sales are not eligible for return/exchange as they are final sale. We do not honour price adjustments for orders placed during Black Friday - Cyber Monday.
Lavender & Grace offers a seven (7) day return policy. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. We do not offer exchanges. All discounted and custom items are final (including on sale and promo codes) . All collaboration pieces are final sale.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, we do not provide pre paid return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.
All returns must be:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In it’s original condition
- Original size (no custom pieces are accepted for returns)
- In all original L&G packaging (box and pouch included)
When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded and you will be notified via email. Please email us within seven days of receiving your item email@example.com to start the return process.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return, you must bring the item to the original retailer/stocklist where it was purchased and follow their return policy. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from lavenderandgracedesigns.com

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. Most pieces are made to order. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase so we can alert our team. Please reach out to us at email@example.com.
For all repair inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly through Lavender and Grace please contact the original retailer to proceed with the repair.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
